Treat yourself to a weekend of yoga in West Wales idyllic, tranquil woodland venue Has its own purpose built yoga studio Accommodation is in log cabins.
The weekend will include yoga, meditation, pranyama, relaxation, story telling around the firepit and walking near the beautiful Mwnt beach, a somatics workshop and free time to do as you wish — maybe take in the local area or just relax and read a book.
The weekend is suitable for all levels of experience and ability. You won’t want to leave!
